Reading Books

This year I'm making a list of every single book that I read. Well...maybe not picture books. But I love making lists and I love reading books, so we'll see how many I can do. I think it will be interesting to see in which months I get the most reading done, and how many books I read in a year. I will post monthly reports, for my convenience. If you have any guesses for how many I will end up with, or any suggestions for really awesome books I should read, let me know. I can't guarantee that I will use book suggestions immediately, though, since I have several extremely long lists. But what good is a list if you don't add to it every once in a while?

Non-fiction:
Pushed
The History of Birth
Dominion

Fiction:
Say Goodnight Gracie
Little Sister
Dragon's Bait (that one is really short, <1 day to read it)

maybe: The Lovely Bones (but it's pretty disturbing)

I've read "Say Goodnight Gracie" (I believe you recommended it when we were freshmen), "Little Sister," and "The Lovely Bones." I think "The History of Birth" is already on my list, too. So...your other recommendations seem quite credible.

Well gee...3 of my 6 recommendations are no good...hmmm...3 more...

The Heavenward Path (sequel to Little Sister) - unless you've read that one too

Anything by C.S. Lewis (The Great Divorce is interesting)

The Lord of the Rings -if, like me, you've managed to make it this far in life w/o reading it (Adam's reading it to me now)
