This was not a good week for exercise. Due to a mixture of laziness, lack of intestinal fortitude, and clumsiness (I ran right into a door, injuring my knee) I only went running once this week. And it was not a terribly successful run. It felt like my legs were two bundles of sodden newspaper, when usually they feel more like legs. After 15 minutes I was pretty pooped, and so were my running buddies (Izzy and Matt).
Oh well. That's why there's always next week.
