What I have been up to: not sucking.

This week I successfully completed week five of my running program. (Here is where that begins.)  That means that I ran for twenty minutes without stopping, so yay me.  I've got one more week to train before my first race, so we'll see how I do.  I won't be running three miles by then, which makes it entirely possible that my heart will stop working somewhere around mile 2.5.  Assuming I don't die, though, I plan to finish somewhere around 35 minutes.  I'm not sure whether that's reasonable or not, but for now let's just say that it is and that if I make it I'll get some kind of reward.  What do you think that should be?

Um I always like chocolate rewards. Anything chocolate really, but Sees is my favorite! Mmmmm. OR you could treat yourself to a massage. :)

New workout outfit! I run about 3-5 miles every other day and love it. It is my meditation time. Loud music+long hair= really sweaty girl! Great job...keep running!
